The FY 2021 LIHEAP Plan and the FY 2020 LIHEAP Household Report (both Short and Long Form) deadlines remain September 1, 2020; however, grantees should contact in writing their federal LIHEAP liaison on a case-by-case basis before that date to request an extension, if needed.
Starting September 1, 2021 PIPP applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis until available funding per county and per utility is obligated. Applications for PIPP are taken from September 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022, or until funding is exhausted.
