Dec 26, 2016 @ 7:34pm. Its strongly recommended you use a tablet it depends on what you're trying to sculpt, I sculpted convincing buttprints into a leather sofa with a mouse, but for a human head sculpt get a tablet. You probably dont have enough subdivisions on the mesh for the sculpt to show.
